Subject to formal establishment, Joint Boarding process and sS Policies a vacancy will arise for a OR8 to serve as Project Team Lead - Data & Analysis in the Integrated Global Defence Network (IGDN) on FTRS HC Terms and Conditions of Service (TaCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 01 Sep 26, or earlier if achievable.

Unit Function: IGDN commands, supports and assures the UK's Permanent Joint Operating Bases (PJOBs) to deliver and enable operations, protect sovereignty and develop global hubs as strategic capabilities.

Position Role: Support Staff Member – Data & Analysis Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Support data collection and collation for footprint analysis, including personnel, infrastructure, and communications.
  • Assist in managing stakeholder interviews and surveys, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
  • Maintain databases and digital tools to enable secure and efficient analysis.
  • Contribute to drafting internal communications and briefing materials.
  • Help prepare visualisations and summaries for internal reviews and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support the drafting of the final report, ensuring operational insights are clearly articulated.
