Subject to formal establishment, Joint Boarding process and sS Policies a vacancy will arise for a OR8 to serve as Project Team Support Staff- Projects and Communications Facilitator in the Integrated Global Defence Network (IGDN) on FTRS HC Terms and Conditions of Service (TaCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 01 Sep 26, or earlier if achievable.
Unit Function: IGDN commands, supports and assures the UK's Permanent Joint Operating Bases (PJOBs) to deliver and enable operations, protect sovereignty and develop global hubs as strategic capabilities.
Position Role: Support Staff Member β Projects and Comms Facilitator
Responsibilities:
- Manage meeting logistics, scheduling, and documentation across all phases of the review.
- Support internal communications, including updates to stakeholders and coordination with governance bodies.
- Assist in synthesising chapter inputs into coherent drafts for review.
- Maintain version control and document management systems for the review team.
- Facilitate feedback incorporation from internal reviews and stakeholder consultations.
- Support the drafting of the final report, ensuring operational insights are clearly articulated.
- Any other duties relating to the role.
