1. Advise the CO on and coordinate all G3 outputs including training, education and policy matters.

2. Give assurance to CO that all course content is in line with extant policy and best practice.

3. Responsible for G5 Plans Programming in line with the SOTT.

4. Responsible for Army Trainer Capability and Defence Trainer Capability in support of the Trainer Development Concept.

5. Responsible for Course design, Quality Assurance, Validation, Regular and AR course loading.

6. Manage the AIS TQM.

7. 1 RO for AIS SMI, Trg WO and Trg Assurance WO. Line Manager for Info & Tech Manager and Admin Office Manager.

8. Focal point for Training Optimisation, Training Exploitation and Learning Technologies.

9. Manage the QA role and monitor the accreditation contract with CDS/M2M2.
