Position Role: RCWO.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise, manage, organise and deliver the catering function in an operational and non-operational environment.
  • Delivery and governance of food services within the Unit.
  • Resource management within the Catering function including facilities and equipment.
  • Drive compliance with all statutory and mandated SHE&SD, Unit Directives and Food Safety and Hygiene requirements and audits.
  • Manage self and subordinate military personnel facilitating appropriate training and mentoring of all Bty Chefs.
  • Ration accounting as the Unit Food Account Holder.
  • Audit and verify Crown Feeder accounts.
  • Support the Regiment's operational role.
