Plan, coordinate and assure the Company Training Programme.
Deliver training outputs in accordance with Battalion priorities.
Coordinate collective and individual training requirements.
Manage training resources and support arrangements.
Monitor readiness, competence and mandatory training compliance.
Manage training risk and safety assurance.
Capture lessons identified and improve training effectiveness.
Advise the OC on training performance and readiness.
