Unit Role: 1XX’s lead for Mounting capability; provide CSS for light forces; provide CSS capability for planned and contingent Ops, on the
Home and Far Banks.
Position Role: Lead Bde medical planner with primary responsibility for delivery of deployed HSS operational capability.
Responsibilities
Any duties/task as delegated by the Department Head 2.
Review medical plans from HQ 102 OSB/units and prepare the CMA Assessment. 3.
Provide med ops/plans advice to HQ 102 OSB and units for operations and training. 4.
Desk level lead for major defence change programmes affecting Med delivery within 102 OSB HQ. 5.
Provide medical planning guidance to the CSS Group in support of the FLF Lt Bde. 6. 102 OSB lead on FLF Lt Bde medical manning OET development for Med Regt FE (at graduated Readiness).
7. Routine liaison with other formations, organisations and agencies as required. 8. Focal point for development of Bde medical SOIs and related protocols/documents.
Promulgation of Med Policy and Doctrine within Bde, incl. SGPL, DGPL, DINs, AINs and other publications.
9. Support wider Div CSS outputs and other roles within the HQ as required.
