Subject to formal establishment amendment, a vacancy will arise for a Sgt (Any Profession) to serve SNCO Force Development at RAF Digby on Full Time Reserve Service (Home Commitment) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 28 September 2026 (or earlier/later, subject to candidate status and formal amendment).
The position will be responsible for the following job specifications:
- Assist OC TDF to develop, coordinate and facilitate the Stn FD Delivery Plan.
- Coordinate, publicise, administer and where appropriate deliver mandatory training, including Human Factors and Error Management.
- Coordinate, publicise, administer and deliver the Aviator Development Foundation Programme and Workplace Trainer Course.
- Coordinate and deliver the Station Arrivals Brief.
- Support OC TDF in providing training assurance by promoting alignment to DSAT through training visits and communication with training deliverers.
- Identify, develop and deliver professional development opportunities for the Whole Force.
- Maintain the FD SharePoint areas, associated DPIAs, inventory and course booking app.
