The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

Domestic Considerations: Reserve Service Days (RSDs): A minimum of 38 RSDs per year is required to deliver a positive output. Additional Service Days are available, subject to operational, training and routine requirements.

Training Commitment:

  • Attendance at one training weekend per month is expected.
  • Participation in an annual two-week Annual Continuous Training (ACT) period is mandatory.
  • Attend courses, recruiting events and conferences/meetings at locations away from RAF Digby as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Squadron Headquarters to coordinate and synchronise all J1–J9 functions in support of the Team.
  • Maintain and manage the Team’s Management Support (MS) matrix, and liaise with Squadron and Unit Headquarters on all MS-related matters.
  • Collaborate closely with Squadron Training/Operations Officer to ensure the effective integration and cohesion of Team support to training activities and weekends.
  • Support Squadron Headquarters in the planning, coordination, and delivery of Annual Continuous Training, including Exercise Hermes Venture.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant tS policies and procedures, ensuring adherence in all applicable activities.
  • Maintain personal competence in JCG, SSB, and PAG disciplines to effectively understand, manage, and contribute to operational outputs.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, mentorship, and career management to all personnel under command.
  • Undertake any additional duties commensurate with rank, experience, and operational requirements.
