Domestic Considerations: 19 RSDs per year, additional ST days are available. Incumbent expected to attend 1 Trg Weekend per month and a 2 week ACT annually.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison with Squadron Headquarters to coordinate and synchronise all J1-J9 functions in support of the specialist CEMA team, ensuring coherence across personnel, operations, training, and support activities.
- Manage and maintain the Team's Military Secretary (MS) requirements, acting as the focal point for all related correspondence and engagement with Squadron and Unit Headquarters.
- Work closely with the Squadron Training Officer and Operations Officer to ensure the effective integration of team capabilities into training programmes, operational activity, and other directed tasks.
- Support Squadron Headquarters in the planning, coordination, and delivery of specialist CEMA support activities, ensuring stakeholder requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain proficiency in Joint CEMA Group (JCG) and Defence SIGINT Enterprise (DSE) EW/SI specialist disciplines to provide informed management, oversight, and contribution to JSSUR tasking requirements.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, professional development, and career management to all personnel within the team, fostering a high-performance and inclusive working environment.
- Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as directed, commensurate with rank, experience, professional competence, and operational requirements.
