An opportunity may arise for a Flight Lieutenant of ANY Profession to serve as Officer and Aircrew Selection Centre Boarding Officer at RAFC Cranwell for a defined period of up to 12 months on Mobilised Reservist Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS).
The Boarding Officer role includes the day to day assessment of potential RAF Regular and Reserve Officer candidates. The Mobilisation period will include a short period of pre-employment training at RAF Cranwell. The mobilisation start date may be flexible dependant on volunteer availability and there may be an opportunity to extend the mobilisation period to a duration of up to 12 months (18 months by exception).
