Responsibilities:
- Strategic Administrative Leadership: Act as the Commanding Officer's principal advisor on all personnel administration, financial services, staff support, and governance matters.
- Operational Management of Personnel & Administration: Oversee and optimise the management of all service personnel, ensuring that administrative and financial functions are conducted with precision.
- Financial Oversight & Regulatory Compliance: Serve as the lead financial officer within the unit, overseeing budget management and expenditure to ensure fiscal responsibility and accountability.
- Governance & Assurance of G1 Services: Provide strategic oversight of all personnel administration and associated G1 services, ensuring governance structures are robust and fit for purpose.
