Responsibilities: 1. Command and leadership in barracks, whilst training and on operations. Extract, plan and deliver the Coy specified tasks as outlined within the Bn Plan. 2. Maintain Values and standards in the Company. 3. Oversee career management and continuation training of all Coy personnel. 4. Plan and manage Company Training, in line with CO’s Directive. 5. Be prepared to Command the Coy in the OC’s absence. 6. Manage Coy HQ in the field. 7. Manage the Coy EC in accordance with the UECD. 8. Manage the Coy MS responsibilities. 9. Manage, educate and guide Pl Comds within the Coy. 10. Command, Lead, Administer & Career Manage an Inf Pl in barracks, during training/exercise & preparing them for operations in the UK or overseas. 11. Maintain current Army values & Standards. 12. Required to support Training Nights, Week-End activities and the Annual Deployment Exercise. |
