1. Lead - As the Coy’s principle full time Officer conduct CLM of the Coy’s small team of full time Mil and CS staff in the delivery of outputs.
2. Administrate – Ensure the effective G1 administration of the Coy’s in compliance with current policy.
3. Manage - Ensure the Coy’s are compliant with standard sub unit management practices related to Coy Funds, SP Health, Safety, Security & SHEF,
4. Engage - Support the ROSO and Adjt in engagement with Coy external stakeholders to ensure the Coy is supporting the SPs employes, local community and media as appropriate.
5. Support - Support the Bn HQ staff in delivey of D&I, Welfare and related support activities for Coy pers.
6. Represent - Represent on behalf of the OC as required.
7. Additional - Where time allows support to the Bn XO across the J3/5/7 functions.
