CSM Leeds UOTC
- Supervise the successful execution of the Unit Training Directive, monitoring the quality of imaginative and challenging training, and instructional standards
- Assist, and where necessary, providing the detailed co-ordination of training programmes. This may include the booking of ranges and training areas, land clearances and bids for other training resources.
- Maintain discipline and standards, whilst nurturing the social and moral development of OCdts.
- Working alongside regular PSIs this role demands a flexible approach to working practices and an ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Subsidiary tasks will vary markedly according to the unit,
- Mustering NCO for Reserve Staff on RAPS
- All other duties particular to the unit as directed by the Officer Commanding Leeds UOTC.
