1. Line manage all Bn recruiting staff.
2. Lead the management and delivery of Bn recruiting activity.
3. In collaboration with ReMSOs, administer the recruiting, mentoring and support of potential recruits up to the point of attestation.
4. Act as the Unit Welfare Officer.
5. Act as the UESO on Employer Liaison and Support and develop relationships which support both recruiting and mobilisation of Reserves.
6. Support and retention activities.
7. Other duties in keeping with the role.
