1. Lead, deliver and maintain continuous G1 readiness in order to facilitate deployment, within the Bn’s Higher Readiness profile, with minimal additional G1 preparation. Including advice to CO on the complex G1 policy that affects G1 readiness.
2. Advise the CO on the management and use of SNPF and Public Funds, including ECOPF, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and MOD policy.
3. Assist Bn XO with the management of the unit budget in accordance with BLB direction and MOD policy.
4. Conduct internal assurance of the SNPF as the Internal Auditor, Public Funds as the Imprest Checking Officer.
5. Line manager for all unit military and civilian HR/administration staff, including the delivery of staff training.
6. The review and submission of pay and allowance casework through RPOC to the PACCC.
7. Data Protection Practitioner.
8. Other activities, within role, directed by CO.
