A vacancy has arisen for an AS1 – Gen Tech E to serve as AS1 (T) Gnd Tech Elec at RAF Lossiemouth on Full Time Reserve Service (Limited Commitment) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 28 September 2026 (or earlier/later, subject to candidate status).

This post is embedded within full time GTE and GTM Pers within GEF. In line with their colleagues, Pers will be required by their CoC to:

• Undertake Ground Engineering tasks, carrying out scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance and rectification on ASE, MT and Airfield systems.
• Maintain Engineering standards and adhere to all Stn and Eng orders.
• Undertake associated duties to support the section including specified additional duty periods, such as “Duty Crew”.
• Be prepared to undertake duties, under Exercise or Operational conditions, away from their MOB.
• Maintain standards of dress and deportment in line with RAF Policy.
• Adhere to H&S, EP and E&D policy.
