Position Role: One of two Warrant Officers responsible for targeted engagement at communities of under-represented groups within the Army.
Responsibilities:
- Identify appropriate engagement opportunities to strengthen Army relationship with under-represented communities across the UK.
- AEG lead for daily management of Understanding Civil Engagement (UCE) activity reporting system.
- Support National Engagement Teams SO2s/3s to identify, cultivate and manage focused engagement opportunities.
- Manage and mentor engagement workforce at events to ensure high standards of professionalism and to maintain individuals’ welfare.
- Conduct other engagement, recruiting or outreach activities as required by SO1 / SO2 Engt G3 Ops.
- Liaison with a variety of military, government, local authority and external civilian agencies to enhance potential engagement opportunities.
