Deliver specialist SPS advice to JMC SE and lead on assurance, governance and compliance visits across Reserve units and cadet organisations within the region.

Act as the focal point for all AGC(SPS) Reserve matters within JMC SE, providing authoritative advice on manning, governance, and policy.

Oversee recruitment, career management, employment, and professional development of SPS (Res) personnel across the AOR.

Support and deliver SPS trade training, ensuring standards are maintained and junior SPS (Res) personnel are effectively trained and mentored.

Conduct Public Funds audits in accordance with Public Funds Regulations and JSP 462, ensuring compliance and sharing best practice.

Lead on CCF Public Expenditure Audits, ensuring financial propriety and compliance with MOD cadet governance requirements.

Assist SPS Branch with assurance and inspection visits to Reserve units, providing specialist HR, finance, and administrative oversight.

Coordinate SPS (Res) manpower for support tasks, including reinforcement to units, ACF/CCF camps, and HQSE-directed activity.

Undertake mandated UK Ops training and provide SPS support to UK Operations as directed.
