Soldier Academy lead for all G4 Log Support and Log Services provision, assurance and planning. Provide guidance, supervision and management of log functions to all Reg and ARes units within Soldier Academy.

  • Deliver the G4 (logistics) function across 15 Reg and ARes units across 13 geographically dispersed sites.
  • Desk lead for all Log Support, planning and delivery.
  • Provide input to DCOS and Comdt Sldr Ac on all G4 matters.
  • Line manage a team of Mil and CS staff in the delivery of the G4 functions for Sldr Ac.
  • Identify and mitigate logistical risks through proactive audit planning, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise with site-based staff, higher formations, and external agencies to ensure logistical coherence and support readiness.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Defence logistics systems and audit standards to COs, acting as the primary point of contact for G4 matters.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of logistical data to inform decision-making at Unit and Formation level.
