Responsibilities:
- Plan UK FB activity in collaboration with other stakeholders within the AOR.
- Focal point for Firm Base activity within the AOR and maintenance of FB FoE.
- Generate reports and returns for HQ SE FB activities, including quarterly performance reporting.
- Other Plans tasks as directed by the DComd.
- Responsible for co-ordination of regional rebasing information.
- Secretary for the Regional, Recruiting, Engagement and Communications board.
- Maintain a working relationship with regional RFCAs including the secretariat for quarterly Service Level Agreement Holding to Account meeting.
- Conduct a minimum of 2 days UK Ops Trg and support JMC during UK Resilience Ops.
Domestic Considerations:
- UK based Army Reserve, FTRS, ADC are allowed Entitled Rates for accommodation purposes, SLA/SFA only. See JSP 464 for T/Cs.
- Must be prepared to support the JMC during Ops.
- Flexible/hybrid working may be available subject to the Commanders agreement, living locally recommended.
