Old College Role: Deliver Mod 1 and 2 (Juniors) of the Reg CC, CCS complete, SIAC, and manage the rehabilitation of OCdts through Lu Pl.

Position Role: Principal College Staff Officer coordinating College HQ staff effort.

Responsibilities:

  • Staff Coordination & Planning: Responsible for coordinating staff effort and programming a coherent, resourced plan aligned with both the College CO’s intent and Academy Headquarters priorities.
  • Integrated Staff Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of cross-functional staff activity, integrating G4/5/7/8 branches to deliver against the College CO’s direction.
  • Secondary Appointments: Act as Old College Fund Manager, Security Officer, and Unit Alcohol Advisor, ensuring compliance, governance, and effective management within each portfolio.
  • Academy-Level Coordination: Coordinate and manage College activity arising from Academy HQ working groups, including QIAP and both hard and soft Facilities Management requirements.
  • Deputy Command: Deputise for the College CO as required and undertake additional duties as directed.
  • Assurance & Risk Management: Oversee and coordinate assurance processes and risk management on behalf of the CO, ensuring effective governance and mitigation measures are in place.
  • Routine Activity Direction: Direct and manage the routine functioning of the College, issuing guidance and direction to Company Commanders to ensure consistency and standards.
  • Officer Cadet Empowerment: Serve as a key facilitator for Officer Cadet empowerment through the OCdt Councils and Gender Forums, ensuring effective engagement and representation.
