Primary Tasks:
- Manage & conduct Role & Training Needs Analysis & Design work for all Army PT & PTI courses.

- Draft course Role Performance Statements, Training Objectives and manage Formal Training Statements.
- Conduct assurance via External Validation for all PT & PTI courses.
- Draft reports and recommendations for TRA consideration.
- Assist junior TDT Analysts work strands.
- Be prepared to deputise for the TDT TSA whenever required.
- Complete Corps HQ functions in supporting RAPTC business development & tasks as directed by the HQ management team.
