Primary Tasks:

  • Manage & conduct Role & Training Needs Analysis & Design work for all Army PT & PTI courses.
  • Close consultation with the ASPT as TDA, ensuring DSAT compliance and assurance.
  • Draft course Role Performance Statements, Training Objectives and manage Formal Training Statements.
  • Conduct assurance via External Validation for all PT & PTI courses.
  • Draft reports and recommendations for TRA consideration.
  • Assist junior TDT Analysts work strands.
  • Be prepared to deputise for the TDT TSA whenever required.
  • Complete Corps HQ functions in supporting RAPTC business development & tasks as directed by the HQ management team.
