Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage Kohima Coy G4 accounts as directed by the OC and the G4 QM.
- Maintain and manage appropriate accommodation, buildings and stores as directed by the OC and the G4 QM.
- Liaise with all internal and external G4 agencies as necessary.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the issue of G4 stores to Permanent Staff and Recruits in barracks and on exercise.
- Be the G4 lead for all sub-unit inspections, including LSIs, ECIs and Tour of Barracks.
- Deputise for the Subunit Company Sergeant Major as required.
- Conduct/deliver EC/SHE/Fire/G4 training to Training Teams (where qualified to do so).
- Support PSAO in SHE Bldg/Fire custodian requirements including audit.
