- Deputise and provide advice for Bty Comd on all day-to-day administrative matters and provide the lead for the correct administrative continuity, including management of the Bty Office on a daily basis.
- Line Manager for civilian staff including daily supervision and tasking and supervision of military permanent staff.
- Completion of all Reserve MS within the sub unit.
- Bty SHEF Officer, Bty D$I Advisor, Bty Security Officer, TRiM Co-ordinator.
- When necessary, assist Bty level trg by booking training facilities, ranges and finalise Ration accounts.
- Managing sub unit accounts (SFA).
- Recruiting and Retention, Attestation and Enlistments.
- Liaison with other units, Regional Bde (MACC), RFCA, ACF/CCF, police, councils, regimental associations, and other organisations on local issues concerning the Bty and the ARC.
