| 1. Enable the delivery of HQ MilSec outputs through the coordination, coherence and direction of activity across the organisation. 2. Lead the BaU running of HQ MS staff processes, battle rhythm, IM/IX and other supporting functions. 3. Deliver HQ higher level battle rhythm including 2* Comd Groups. 4. Provide direct staff input and advice to Comd and COS MilSec in support of their broader engagements. 5. Develop and maintain professional stakeholder network across Higher Fmn and subordinate Ops Branches. 6. Support the leadership and management of a diverse whole force HQ, working to protect a positive working climate. 7. Lead on Lessons Learned and Comms within the BLB. 8. Deputise for MA to MS as required. |
