| Main Responsibilities of the SO2 AAC DE Offrs post: 1. Career Management of all AAC DE Offrs up to the rank of Maj; and AAC ARes Majs. 2. Planning and delivery of all AAC appointment, promotion, grading and A&S Boards within area of responsibility. 3. Provision of CM advice to AAC Offrs and ARes Majs; and across the AAC CoC including COS JAC/Comd 1 Avn Bde, Corps Col AAC and COs. 4. Delivery of FCP1 to all AAC DE Offrs; and FCP 1 for all ARes Beige List officers selected for substantive Maj. 5. Conduct and delivery of AAC unit visits/presentations, messaging and other CM engagements. 6. Assurance and accuracy of JPA actions including AR finalisation, AOs, Terms of Service and PVR/NTT occurrences. 7. Support the development of AAC officer CM policy and contribution to wider WF, Pers and CM Pol development. 8. Line Manager for civilian E1 staff |
