Translate programme outcomes into the necessary changes to deliver the new Army Talent Management System at the APC. This post will be at the centre of APC change activity over the coming years. The future incumbent will be pivotal to the delivery of the ATMS and in translating other centrally-driven initiatives into CM practice. As the APC restructures for the digital era, they will also cohere and develop the operating model of the business optimisation team which will enable the APC to dynamically adapt its
practices and procedures to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of CM. Responsibilities:
1.Lead the APC development and delivery of the change implementation plan of specified Pg CASTLE outcomes into the APC as BaU.
2.Deliver the change integration activity required to embed the implementation of the Professions project across the APC and wider CM stakeholders.
3.Deliver the change integration activity required to embed the Terms of Service project across the APC and wider CM stakeholders.
4.Cohere change integration activity with IR, IF and APC Continuous Improvement programme directed activity.
5.Achieve effective liaison between the APC, D Pers, WF Plans, Pers Pol to ensure a consistent and understood approach to the change programme.
6.Achieve effective liaison with RAF and RN CM organisations to identify best practice from their implementation of Professions.
7.Prepare and deliver communication material to support understanding of the Army Talent Framework within the APC and with external stakeholders.
8.Prepare MS and Hd APC for attendance at programme boards, CIWG and related change programme meetings.
