Company 2IC is in principle the G7 responsible officer and must assist, as directed, the PSAO and OC in G1-9 functions. Also, deputise for the OC (fulfil the OC's responsibilities as required in their absence).
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, coordination and organisation of the Company training programme.
- Responsible for the conduct and coordination of all range packages.
- Support the CoC in the production of all OSW.
- 1RO, 2RO reporting responsibilities for Coy personnel iaw JSP 757.
- Supervise and support the management and planning of resources in conjunction with CQMS and SPSI.
- Oversee and manage on behalf of CoC all Army Reserve personnel course applications (ALDP, professionally qualifying, upskill and AT) and update all registers.
- Support the management of the Company Fund and co-ord SNPF grant applications.
- Any other task as delegated by the CoC.
