A vacancy has arisen for a Corporal β Ground Combat and Security Profession to serve as a Force Protection Instructor at RAF Waddington on Full Time Reserve Service (Limited Commitment) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCo S), with an initial proposed start date of 23 November 2026 or earlier/later, subject to candidate status
Responsible for
- The delivery of Individual Readiness Training Modules (IRT MOD) 1-3 and Station Guard training supporting operational output, routine station training, RAFAT and the ISTAR Force.
- Act as Exercise Conducting Officer and/or Range Conducting Officer supporting training serials.
- Undertake specialist courses as required to maintain conformity to PAM 21 and Safe System of Training SQEP requirements.
- Support the Continuous Improvement of all FP Trg Flt delivery serials.
- Support SNCO FPTF in maintaining Flt equipment, trg aids and resources.
- Review and development of training material and lesson content in line with principles of the Defence Trainer Framework.
- Complete trg documentation as required to ensure accurate processing of student records on JPA.
- Identify suitable CPD activities iso personal and professional development.
- Support other Service, FDS and FPTF outputs as may reasonably be expected.
