START DATE NEGOTIABLE - 2 POSTS CURRENTLY VACANT ROLE: Military Personnel Administrator - Army Reserve posts. These LCpl/Cpl rank ranged posts could be an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a new role within the South West and would like to step out of normal Regimental life.

South West Officer Training Regiment is a new organisation that encompasses both Bristol and Exeter UOTCs which require enablers to support our training outputs. This is an ideal opportunity for a MPA looking for a new role within the South West and would be suitable for someone who's been successfully boarded for promotion to LCpl or Cpl and is looking for a position to promote into. We would also be willing to accept a Ph1 trained SPS Soldier who can be mentored prior to attending Ph2 trg SIPAC(R) Exeter UOTC parade on a Wednesday at Wyvern Bks during University term time.

Training Weekends are held at various locations across the South West, South Wales, Wilts and Hants. Domestic Considerations: RSD's 44 p.a plus more where available. Some travel and overnight duty required along with 2 weeks ADX Jun/Jul. Training is mainly held during term time, however there are other opportunities outside of these for other activities incl RAAT/AITC/ALeRT Taskings as well as ad hoc office work. Three key weekends during Sep - Dec (to assist with OCdt selection/processing/briefings) and Ten Tors in May. Other voluntary weekends available where able to assist in training if candidate has the correct skill set and qualifications.

  • Uphold and enforce the Values and Standards of the British Army.
  • Uphold and contribute to the SWOTR Ethos.
  • Assist in the hiring and subsequent processing during the annual recruitment season.
  • Ensure the provision of administrative support to SWOTR.
  • Provide pay and administration briefs and advice to OCdts.
