Responsibilities
- Command Pl as per Unit's objectives/ mission.
- Responsible for day to day management of personnel in camp and when deployed.
- Supervise and advise SNCOs and JNCOs in all aspects of professional and personal development.
- Career management of all personnel under their command.
- Monitor all aspects of administration and recommend disciplinary, welfare or remedial action to OC.
- Responsible for health, safety and welfare of all personnel under command.
- Oversees/contributes to the timely production of comprehensive and accurate recruit report books and MS duties.
- To supervise and administer exercises, ranges and DCCT; and produce the requisite associated documentation.
