Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning & delivery of Basic training to recruits including response to Soldier Academy directives and guidance.
  • Act as stand in OC as required.
  • Plan CMS 21(R) training within stipulated timelines, as directed by the Unit 2IC, liaising with Trg Wing.
  • 1RO for nominated Coy staff producing accurate and timely SJAR's as per MS deadlines.
  • Manage courses for all Reserve Coy Staff and manage database, reporting to Trg Offr as required.
  • Provide CM to all Coy staff linking in with the WFWO and Adjt.
  • Assist in conducting and recording of Coy staff induction and CPD.
  • Any other tasks as directed by the OC.
