The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning & delivery of Basic training to recruits including response to Soldier Academy directives and guidance.
- Act as stand in OC as required.
- Plan CMS 21(R) training within stipulated timelines, as directed by the Unit 2IC, liaising with Trg Wing.
- 1RO for nominated Coy staff producing accurate and timely SJAR's as per MS deadlines.
- Manage courses for all Reserve Coy Staff and manage database, reporting to Trg Offr as required.
- Provide CM to all Coy staff linking in with the WFWO and Adjt.
- Assist in conducting and recording of Coy staff induction and CPD.
- Any other tasks as directed by the OC.
