Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the military training requirements and standards of all squadron personnel
  • Manage and maintain military discipline of all subordinates within area of responsibility
  • Advise squadron OC and Ops team on defence needs of deployed ICS sites
  • Ensure all Regimental policy is fully implemented, including the CO's Physical Development Policy
  • Ensure that training is delivered professionally
  • Act as HQ Troop second-in-command
  • Act as focal point for Recruiting and Community Engagement Activities
  • Ensure that the Values and Standards of the British Army are maintained
