Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the military training requirements and standards of all squadron personnel
- Manage and maintain military discipline of all subordinates within area of responsibility
- Advise squadron OC and Ops team on defence needs of deployed ICS sites
- Ensure all Regimental policy is fully implemented, including the CO's Physical Development Policy
- Ensure that training is delivered professionally
- Act as HQ Troop second-in-command
- Act as focal point for Recruiting and Community Engagement Activities
- Ensure that the Values and Standards of the British Army are maintained
