Responsibilities:
- Command the Personnel Recovery Company in Edi and Lis Coy.
- Execute all functions of command over assigned military and civil servant permanent staff and all PRD SP.
- Ensure PRD SP are managed in accordance with AGAI 78, 99 & 110 and other relevant policy protocols ensuring accurate and timely reporting of WIS on WISMIS and VRMIS.
- Liaise with and develop networks and coordinate support from relevant supporting agencies, local authorities and 3rd Sector in order to deliver optimal recovery outcomes.
- Assess and report on Coy performance in accordance with mandated R2 and bespoke RFIs.
- Promote the work of the PRU through AE in order to support the return to duty of as many SP as possible.
- Coach and mentor PS professional training and development to enhance skills and delivery of recovery support promoting the self-care of all PRU PS.
- Undertake monthly travel to Lis to conduct in person management and leadership meetings.
- Support the delivery of Recovery Activity Programs delivered by the PRC and Edi Coy staff for PRD SP.
