Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and direction on all training matters within the ATU.
- Ensure compliance with AITC and ATU training objectives and directives.
- Coordinate, plan, and manage the ATU training programme and Course Loading Plan.
- Lead external validation inspections and liaise with Brigade units on training and policy implementation.
- Attend and apply knowledge from the Unit Training Officer (UTO) course.
- Undertake additional duties as directed by the Commanding Officer.
