Unit Role: To develop the leadership potential of selected university students through enjoyable and challenging training, raising awareness of the Army's ethos and building interest in its career opportunities; in order to secure their commitment, whether as officers or as future leaders in their chosen profession, to champion the Army in society.
Position Role: To support the CO in delivering the requirements of the OTC Directive.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain JPA records for all personnel ensuring all fields are accurate, including ID discs, Will forms and locations.
- Carry out Arrivals/M&T/SSRR procedures for all personnel administratively assigned to the Unit.
- Maintain security of all personnel records held.
- Verify and process documentation for PSTAT changes.
- Produce timely unauthorised absence documentation.
- Carry out admin tasks as directed by the Adjt/RAO or RAWO.
- Provision of Enabling and/or Administrative activities, as required, during weekly training events, training weekends and ACT.
