Post Role: RAPTCI (Physical Development)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Unit physical development (PD) (PT, AT, Sport) activities/support Unit op role
  • Advise the CoC on PD, Health and Wellbeing Policy including DOfit and Mental Fitness Training
  • Manage Unit physical & recreational training centre (P&RTC) facilities, infrastructure and firm base equipment
  • Optimise soldiers' physical performance
  • Manage physical fitness testing
  • Support/delivery PD events (officiating) and support higher fmn PD branches
