- Manage Unit physical development (PD) (PT, AT, Sport) activities/support Unit op role
- Advise the CoC on PD, Health and Wellbeing Policy including DOfit and Mental Fitness Training
- Manage Unit physical & recreational training centre (P&RTC) facilities, infrastructure and firm base equipment
- Optimise soldiers' physical performance
- Manage physical fitness testing
- Support/delivery PD events (officiating) and support higher fmn PD branches
