The predicted salary is between 29700 - 36300 £ per year.

To provide advice and support to the Defence community on all aspects of the MJDI application.
2.

Manage incidents reported by UAA’s and Users of the MJDI application from calls routed via the SPOC.
3.

The timely resolution of MJDI incidents reported by UAAs and Users into the BRG in accordance with SLAs.
4.

Manage and resolve MJDI issues including the identification and analysis of trends.
5.

Provide expert business advice and process guidance to the MJDI User Community.
6.

Give advice and assistance to UAA’s and MJDI Users in the use of the Domi Know facility within the application.
7.

Provide assistance and guidance to the MJDI user base in the use of COGNOS (soon to be JASPERSOFT).
8.

Assist in the continued development of MJDI including RFCs, testing and new releases.
9.

Any other task associated with the on-going provision, support, development, testing, interfaces and outputs of MJDI as directed by the BRG Operations Manager or MJDI Area Team Leader.
10.

Work with Log IS SMEs throughout the Supply Chain to investigate and resolve incidents and complete tasks.
11.

Must have the ability to use excel (or other applications) to extract, manipulate, and share MJDI data according to customer request.
