Delivery of the Army Brief and the 'lived experience' to candidates. Act as a 'role model' soldier, providing information, reassurance, encouragement and real insight into Army life and ethos. Provide Army careers advice and guidance to the target audience, gatekeepers and influencers in support of the Careers Advisors.

Understand current Army recruiting priorities and schedule accordingly. Contribute to engagement with schools, colleges and youth organisations. Work with recruiting operations to provide appropriate candidate support e.g. supporting outreach activity. Assist in administrative support activities within the ACC as directed. Conduct face to face nurturing of candidates, gate keepers and influencers through the recruiting process.
