To support in the planning and execution of training activities in accordance with the Unit Training Directive.
Assist with the planning, organisation, and successful delivery of the Res CC Modular training syllabus in accordance with RMAS TOs and the CO's Training Directive
Provide the necessary supervisory care for OCdts in a Ph1 Trg Estb: must be able to relate, nurture and mentor
Maintain discipline and standards, whilst nurturing the social and moral development of OCdts.
Assist in the allocation of staff and instructors, ensuring competency and understanding of the ResCC syllabus.
Support in directed management responsibilities; including EC, SHEF, and UHC requirements.
Understudy for the RSM across WUOTC as a whole.
All other duties as directed by the RSM, Adjt, XO and/or CO
