The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.
Perform the duties of a Section Commander delivering Army Reserve Basic Training CMS (R) 21.
- Key responsibility is to delivery SAA to their allocated section within the Basic (A) Training Platoon to WHT standard.
- Fully conversant and compliant with all aspects of BT, either leading or supporting its delivery.
- Assist the Platoon Commander with compiling Recruits report books and the Platoon Sergeant with administration.
- Lead Recruits and inspire individual achievement as per the ARITC code of practice for instructors.
- Undertake any additional tasks and gain other relevant qualifications to support BT as required by the Co C.
- Maintain regular engagement with own cap badge ensuring the individual remains SQEP within CEQ.
- Any other tasks as directed by the Co C..
