Perform the duties of a Section Commander delivering Army Reserve Basic Training CMS (R) 21. Key responsibility is to deliver SAA to their allocated section within the Basic (A) Training Platoon to WHT standard. Fully conversant and compliant with all aspects of BT, either leading or supporting its delivery.
Assist the Platoon Commander with compiling Recruits report books and the Platoon Sergeant with administration. Lead Recruits and inspire individual achievement as per the ARITC code of practice for instructors.
Undertake any additional tasks and gain other relevant qualifications to support BT as required by the CoC. Maintain regular engagement with own cap badge ensuring the individual remains SQEP within CEQ. Any other tasks as directed by the CoC.
