Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and deliver Unit training as directed to ensure operational readiness and capability development.
- Direct and support training activities, delegating to appropriately qualified personnel in the delivery of mandatory and Unit-specific training.
- Lead the delivery and administration of Unit training.
- Deliver and oversee training in classroom and in the field.
- Validate and assure training delivery.
- Schedule and resource all Unit training.
- Support sub-unit training activities.
- Provide any required assurance on Unit/Sub-Unit collective training.
