Position Role: Training Officer, learning and development within a Reserve Inf LR Bn.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage and deliver Unit training as directed to ensure operational readiness and capability development.
  • Direct and support training activities, delegating to appropriately qualified personnel in the delivery of mandatory and Unit-specific training.
  • Lead the delivery and administration of Unit training.
  • Deliver and oversee training in classroom and in the field.
  • Validate and assure training delivery.
  • Schedule and resource all Unit training.
  • Support sub-unit training activities.
  • Provide any required assurance on Unit/Sub-Unit collective training.
