Act as a member of the clinical faculty and provide clinical input into unit/sub-unit training programs.
Create, manage, control and assure unit/sub-unit activities on CHURCHILL, ensuring resources are booked.
Support the planning and delivery of all unit training; this includes training required for Service Personnel to achieve Centre of Excellence.
Assure safe and correct delivery of BCS, ITRs, CEG training, sport, fitness & adventurous training.
Oversee and manage any clinical placements and Memorandums of Understanding including those for non-vocational Clinical Medical Technicians.
Mentor and support all Permanent Staff Instructors and Reserve training staff in the delivery at unit/sub-unit events.
Conduct secondary duties as directed by the Chain of Command.
