1. Functional control of the RAO Department – setting work practices for RHQ G1 HR staff.

2. Advise and guide sub-unit AO HR staff in core duties: MyAdmin, JPA and documentation.

3. Support the administration of unit discharges for all Reg & Res SPs and monitor/advise on LTNA practice with the Adjt & SSA.

4. Ensure Unit readiness for administrative assurance audit.

5. POC for JPA system enquiries including generation of JPA functionality.

6. Act as unit POC for pay issues.

7. Deputise for FSA during periods of absence/public & non-public fund handovers.

8. Generate Bounty reports and advise the CO on progress and outstanding issues.

9. Administration of casualty reporting and compassionate travel procedures.
