Subject to formal establishment amendment, a vacancy may arise for a Flight Sergeant (People Ops – People Specialist) to serve as the Defence Intelligence Business Management’s Military Workforce Manager at RAF Wyton (Huntingdon) for CSOC, on a Full Time Reserve Service (Limited Commitment) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 05 October 2026 (or earlier/later, subject to candidate status and formal establishment). Please note that if approved, formal establishment is not until 01 August 2026.

The successful applicant will be responsible for undertaking the Establishment Manager and Establishment Advisor role for all of Defence Intelligence’s Business Units alongside the DI Business Management Team. Responsibilities will include:

  • Office Manager to the DI Military Establishment Team.
  • Act as High-Level Budget (HLB) assurance authoriser for c4000 DI military positions through JPA, SLIM, Tri-Service Workforce Requirement Forms and EAFs.
  • Liaise with and act as DI point of contact for RN, Army, RAF & DS Sec for Tri-Service Organisational and Establishment Changes.
  • Implementation and management of the DI Mil Establishment Assurance Programme.
  • Deputise for the SO2 Mil Establishment Lead as required.
  • Act as the DI SPOC for all Mil J1 matters and Mil HR taskings from CSOC.
  • Line Manager and 1RO to the OR6 and OR4 in the DI MET.
  • Carry out the Duties of the Station Duty Officer.
