Reside within a 50 mile radius. This is an FTRS (HC) post so no accommodation is provided. Residential courses must be attended to cover any training shortfall.
Position Role: 6 RIFLES PSAO A Coy. Must be capable of undertaking the full range of duties as an FTRS PSAO. Responsible to the Commanding Officer & OC for the co-ordination, control and management of the G1 to G9 support for A Coy 6 Rifles.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver operational staff work, planning and output including leading on G1 to G4.
- Including deputising for the Reserve OC as required.
- LSO & AD for MODNET systems.
- Oversee sub unit retention & recruiting as directed.
- Responsible for line management, RO, administration and career advice of the Military and Civil Service and Regular Permanent Staff team members.
- Manage sub unit accounts.
- Conduct cash and stock checks in accordance with SFA regulations.
- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of infra via the WRFCA.
- Security, MTO, SHE, Fire, Press, LSO and D&I focal point for the Coy.
- Undertake CNO & CVO duties as required.
