Responsibilities:
1. Assume command in absence of Commanding Officer.
2. Lead on Bn Training concept and delivery (assisted by XO); Define & Direct training; lead on conceptual development.
3. Advise CO on all promotional matters within the Army Reserve and recommendation of Officer/SNCO plot.
4. Responsible for all RFCA matters: oversee / assist delivery of Bn Engagement Plan.
5. President of internal Audit Board of Service Funds.
6. Lead for Bn Reward and Recognition; internal, Bde/Div, Army and State honours and awards.
7. Lead for all Battalion sports and Bn social events.
8. Encourage AT, sporting and social activities within the BN
9. Promote and Inclusive culture, treating others with fairness and respect, in accordance with Service Values and Standards.
